Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing safe and reliable transportation services, particularly for school age students. As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers while adhering to all traffic regulations and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to their designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Follow designated routes and schedules, while also being flexible to accommodate any changes as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, and other staff members regarding any issues or delays.
- Keep accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that may occur during transit.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Proven experience in bus driving or commercial driving is preferred.
- Ability to manage passenger behavior calmly and effectively during transit.
- A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger/student endorsement is required for this position.
- A commitment to safety and a strong sense of responsibility towards passenger care.

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
