Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Dining Services Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the eMenu Choice system across all Bethany Communities (BCS) properties. This role involves collaboration with the Chef Manager and requires a proactive approach to enhance the dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and management of the eMenu Choice system, including:
- Entering recipes, approved menus, and resident dining choices.
- Training residents on how to select dining options using the eMenu system.
- Maintain consistent office hours to assist residents with meal ordering and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely resident billing, utilizing tools such as Bill.com, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Generate reports as needed to support the Chef Manager and Dining Services team.
- Assist in tracking ingredients and supply costs to ensure efficient operations.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- • High School Diploma, associate’s degree preferred. Should have at least two years’ experience of experience in dining services or other office administration.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English is needed.
- Physically able to move at least 25 lbs. without aid.
