Job Title : Finance / Accounting Clerk
Location : Haverhill
Job Type : Full-time- Temp (6) months
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance / Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities :
- Record various journal entries and perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Issue payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with other accounting and finance team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department

Qualifications
1. An associate degree with 2-3 years of experience of relevant work experience.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in windows-based accounting software. Experience with Sage Peachtree, Bill.com and electronic AP processes preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
