Job Title : Experienced Maintenance Technician - Property Management
Sign on Bonus $1000
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Four Mile Village team. Four Mile Village is an independent senior living community in Boxford, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and be able to work independently to ensure the repair and maintenance of our properties.
Responsibilities :
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of our properties
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Communicate effectively with tenants and property management team to ensure a positive living experience for all residents

Requirements : Requirements :
Pass Criminal Background Check
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance
Strong knowledge & experience with plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to obtain Water Systems Operations Certification (future)
MUST live within 30 minutes of Four Mile Village, Boxford, MA
