As Shelter Director, you will:

• Provide leadership and vision for our Emergency Shelter program
• Ensure 24/7/365 seamless operations of our residential facility
• Oversee staff supervision, program administration, and budget management
• Develop policies and ensure compliance with HUD and funder regulations
• Foster a trauma-informed environment and promote wrap-around services

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in social work or related field (LSW, LISW, or LISW-S a plus) preferred, or Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with additional years of shelter and or residential experience.
• 5 years in social services, with experience in homelessness preferred
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage competing priorities

Pay: $68,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
