As an Information Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support to end-users, set up user accounts and permissions, conduct regular system backups, and ensure data security and privacy.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You should also possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Additionally, familiarity with network protocols and security measures is essential. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for keeping track of inventory and ensuring data backup procedures are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, information technology or similar.
- 2-4 years of IT support experience preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Every other week on call rotations (included nights/weekends)
