What you’ll do as an LPN:
Shifts/hours available:
3pm - 11pm, FT & PT
WEP, Friday 3pm - 11pm and Sat/Sun 7am - 11pm,
WEP, Fri/Sat/Sun 7pm - 7am
- Every 4th weekend rotation requirement. *May change to every other weekend rotation if needed for staffing/resident needs.
- Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for the residents
- Participate in the admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required
- Assess for changes in residents' status, notifying the physician and resident's family or representative and documenting accordingly
- Prepare and administer medications as per physicians' orders and observe for adverse effects as indicated
- Perform wound treatments as per physician's orders, observe for changes and document according as indicated
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities
