Description
We are looking for an LPN to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility, Silver Crest for a temporary period of 6 weeks starting April 9th. The right candidate will have previous experience as an LPN and has a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay range: $42-$45 per hour DOE
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday day shift 9.30am-2.30pm

Responsibilities for the LPN include:
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
- Assess patients’ condition.
- Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Qualifications
Qualifications of the LPN
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
- Current Washington state license as an LPN.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
