What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech/Caregiver position at Bethany Place?
We are looking to hire an Evening Med Tech/Aide! This role includes working as an Evening Aide on Wednesdays and Thursdays and as an Evening Med Tech on Fridays and Saturdays. The shift hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
The starting wage is $21 per hour.
Requirements:
- Current HCA or CNA certification (or valid NAR grandfathered in).
- Willingness to complete company-provided training in mental health, dementia, developmental disabilities, and therapeutic options within 60 days of hire.
- Food Handler’s Permit (within 14 days of hire).
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check per WS State DSHS regulations.
- High professionalism and motivation to provide quality care.

Job Duties
Med Tech Responsibilities:
- Ensure resident accountability.
- Provide scheduled and PRN medications.
- Assist with minimal ADLs.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and complete additional tasks as needed.
Aide Responsibilities:
- Provide minimal ADL assistance.
- Offer meal and medication cueing.
- Take and monitor vital signs.
