What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Tech position at Bethany Place?
We are looking to hire an Evening Med Tech from Wednesday through Saturday. The shift hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
The starting wage is $21 per hour.
Requirements:
- Current HCA or CNA certification (or valid NAR grandfathered in).
- Willingness to complete company-provided training in mental health, dementia, developmental disabilities, and therapeutic options within 60 days of hire.
- Food Handler’s Permit (within 14 days of hire).
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check per WS State DSHS regulations.
- High professionalism and motivation to provide quality care.

Job Duties
Med Tech Responsibilities:
- Ensure resident accountability.
- Provide scheduled and PRN medications.
- Assist with minimal ADLs.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and complete additional tasks as needed.
- Provide minimal ADL assistance.
- Offer meal and medication cueing.
- Take and monitor vital signs.
