The primary responsibilities involve processing monthly billings for resident services, including private pay charges, Medicaid, HUD, and review/follow-up of monthly aging reports. This position is also responsible for performing collection functions according to established policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate census, demographic and billing information; posting deposits; assisting residents/families with billing questions or concerns; and completing special projects/reports as assigned.
Requires 2-year accounting degree and/or related experience, strong organizational and technical skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
