Requirements
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field / CDA / High School Diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Proficient in using educational technology and classroom management tools.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
