Bethel’s Communications team exists to inform, inspire, and equip our community by sharing the heart and mission of Bethel across all communication platforms. We are passionate about crafting clear, engaging, and impactful messaging that strengthens connection and fuels revival. The Communications Coordinator serves the role of streamlining and executing Communications workflows. This role is the primary point person for communication requests to ensure an action plan and strategy is implemented to communicate information, events, and initiatives across Bethel communication platforms. The Communications Coordinator serves the Communications Manager in the planning of communication needs of Bethel’s weekend services and manages Communications systems.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $20-$22 per hour

- Experience with multiple forms of digital communications
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to set and keep priorities while multitasking

- Quick learner, self-initiator, hard working, well organized, adaptable, and a healthy assertiveness
- Proactive and detail-oriented, must work successfully under pressure
- Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills
