We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Part time Office Coordinator to support our team in our Helping Hands division.
Responsibilities
Helping Hands is seeking a part time coordinator to assist with Payroll/Billing (data entry) and other office tasks such as tracking/filing and answering phones/emails. Individual must be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience with accounting principles would be helpful. Confidentiality and good customer service skills are critical to this position.
Position would be 4-5 days a week 2x a month for payroll and billing and 1-2 days a week outside of payroll and billing.
