Bethel House Training Institute is looking to add a FT/PT Administrative Assistant to our school. This position will be responsible for assisting the Administrator and instructors with oversight of our allied health programs, which include CNA, CMA, HHA, Phlebotomy, and Operator's certificate.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining relationships and preparing class materials for all contract instructors
Maintaining monthly class schedules
Registration and enrollment of students for class and with the state Health Occupations Credentialing
Filing, Answering phones and student inquiries.
Requires extremely strong independence, ability to multi-task, excellent communication and organization skills.
Bethel House Training Institute, has provided allied health programs and training to Wichita area students for more than 15 years.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistance
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on calendar management and office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with excellent computer literacy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
