What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Activity Aide - FT position at Bethel Lutheran Nursing & Rehabilitation Center?
BLNRC is seeking a Full Time Activity Aide that is CNA certified. Hours are M-F from 8:30a-5p and one-two rotating Saturday’s/month. Evenings to accommodate special events throughout the year and/or a rotating evening schedule a possibility.
The position includes implementing activities for our residents in accordance with their needs, interests, and capacity to participate. Looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, understanding and can work independently. Must be energetic and have a love for elders. Must have current CNA certification in ND.
The ideal applicant will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask.
