- Coating of HVAC residential and commercial equipment with our proprietary coating called EpoxSil.
- Manufacturers representative with multiple products we supply, heat exchangers, coils, and other HVAC equipment.
- Licensed applicator program with multiple Licensees across the USA and internationally.
- Contracting. BP holds several FL Licenses including GC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical. This is a new growing portion of our business, and we have a new Service Manager who has come on board to head this leg of the business.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
- Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial targets.
- Supervise daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, etc.).
- Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality products and services, including HVAC coils (and other products), EpoxSilTM HVAC Protective Coatings, Licensee Program and Service Contracting for Commercial Service work including Cooling Towers (air cooled, chillers, water cooled systems).
- Ensure continuous improvement in product offerings and service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement effective performance management practices to ensure team alignment with company goals.
Industry Experience:
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a deep understanding of HVAC products and services.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with a track record of managing profitable operations.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Commercial HVAC and their applications.
- Understanding of the Southeast HVAC market and established relationships within the industry.
- Experience leading organizational change and driving process improvements.
