Job description

Bethel Products is seeking a full-time HVAC Products - Coils Specialist, due to our incredible growth, we are looking for a technically skilled HVAC measurement specialist with HVAC product knowledge to join our team. Prior HVAC measurement experience in mechanical, skilled trade, is required.

Majority of our production work is performed in-house in our Cape Coral, FL factory. Work performed is mostly on brand new HVAC equipment, directly from manufacturers.

As an HVAC Products - Coils Specialist at Bethel Products LLC, the following duties and responsibilities are expected of the ideal candidate:

Responsibilities:

▪ Conduct in-person field measurements and assessments related to our HVAC line card products (occasional travel within Tampa Bay, Orlando, Miami, and Fort Myers regions is required)

▪ Formulate product drawings based on measurements to stamp with product engineers

▪ Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with product engineers

▪ Maintain a high degree of product and service expertise

▪ Engage, and support customer relationships through in person meetings, over the phone, and emails

▪ Resolve customer HVAC line card inquiries

▪ Preserve and update customer records through CRM

▪ Team with Territory Account Managers, and Sales Manager, to support closing on product quotes

▪ Provide quotes to customers within 24 hours of request

Requirements:

▪ Proven field measuring experience in mechanical, skilled trade, or similar industry

▪ Track record of over-achieving in measurement accuracy, detailed oriented with order management

▪ Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

▪ Experience with SalesForce, Zoho, or similar CRM

▪ Excellent verbal and written communications skills

▪ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while working independently and remotely

Qualifications:

▪ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work history

▪ Minimum 1 year experience in HVAC field measuring experience in mechanical, skilled trade, or similar industry

▪ Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and systems including commercial, residential, heavy industrial, or prior experience in a related field, skilled trade, is preferable

▪ Intermediate with Microsoft Outlook applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel

▪ Measurement, negotiation and quoting skills

▪ Deadline and detail oriented

▪ Go getter attitude and positive aptitude

▪ Strong attention to detail, self-starter ability, and high scale customer oriented skills

The HVAC Products - Coils Specialist career opportunity is salary based, with bonus incentive earnings throughout the year based on meeting - exceeding goals, and performance. Company provided vehicle available for field measurements with fuel card.

Bethel Products LLC is a leading supplier of HVAC Corrosion Coatings – going to market with our proprietary brand of coating – EpoxSil™ Coatings. In addition, BP supplies equipment such as replacement HVAC coils, heat exchanger products, fan coils, remote condenser units, replacement smaller AHU’s, other customized equipment, modifications to units and various services in the market which are performed onsite by our technicians, furthermore, including Cooling Tower service offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience*
