PAY FOR POSITION :
2024 - 25 SY Certificated Substitute Pay
PER FULL DAY (3.75 hrs>
Substitute Teachers : $200 / day
PER HALF DAY (3.75 hrs
Substitute Teachers : $100 / half day
Bethel Schools is seeking certificated counselor / social worker applicants for substitute opportunities.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources; in addition, will report to school principal building administrator(s) / receive guidance from certificated staff while substituting at specific locations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a valid Washington State ESA certificate as Counselor or Social Worker.
- Successful substitute experience preferred.
- Preferred knowledge / experience working in areas of : substance abuse prevention / intervention, child abuse, ADD / ADHD, suicide prevention / intervention, violence prevention education (Second Step), parent support and education, and anger management.
- Ability to commit to and be flexible within the full long-term substitute assignment.
