We are seeking to add Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to join a stable, industry leading, employee focused company. We are seeking candidates that have a positive attitude, customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional towing services within Pierce, Kitsap and Mason Counties for both private and city, state and county municipality calls.

Job Description:

The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following:

-Operate Heavy Tow Trucks, Rollback, and Service Trucks

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to secure vehicles for transport

-On call availability 4 days/nights per week (able to respond for calls after your regular shift)

-Ability to bring home and provide secure parking for your on-call assigned truck up to 33'

-You will be responsible for some of your own tools, and you will be advised what you will need during training

-Work comfortably and safely at accident scenes in traffic while cooperating with Law enforcement

-Stay in contact with Dispatchers and Customers while in route

-Work in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

Lifting at least 50lbs, crawling, pulling. Constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing, need physical strength and stamina.

Qualifications:

-Class A CDL with 2 years verifiable driving experience

-Current DOT Medical Card

-Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

-Clean driving record

- Positive attitude and customer service skills

- Mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle issues

- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients

-Must be capable of lifting 65 lbs, sitting and standing for long periods of time.

Pay: $19.76 - $30.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
