Responsibilities
:-
Clinical Placement and Partnership Coordination – 60%
- Coordinate all aspects of clinical placements for the department.
- Coordinate with department partners (both internal and external).
- Serve as the liaison between the department, students and school systems.
- Department Activities Coordination - 25%
- Support the Associate Dean, faculty and other staff in hiring student workers.
- Coordinate and support department specific events.
- Serve as the liaison between the department and the Conference and Events Services team.
- Manage the departments social media profiles.
- Serve as the department’s primary point of contact, providing welcoming and professional support to students, faculty, and visitors.
- Oversee and respond to inquiries in the department email inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Department Scholarship Coordination – 10%
- Responsible for the collection, organization, and management of scholarship materials.
- Coordinate the scholarship decision making process.
- Serve as the liaison with our University Advancement team to coordinate scholarship decisions.
- Department Admissions Coordination – 5%
- Prepare and collect student application materials.
- Coordinate and support Introduction to Education faculty.
- Distribute, maintain, and communicate student admission status and updates.
- Monitor and report on progress regarding probationary status.
