What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Swim Coach position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring an Assistant Swim Coach. This position will help manage our swim program for a seasonal period. Essential Functions:
- Supporting the recruitment of swimmers including encouraging potential swimmers as well as retaining existing swimmers
- Supporting weekday morning practices and afternoon practices
- Teaching and development of skills
- Safety of swimmers
- Liaison with other swim team coaches regarding participation and social activities
Requirements:
- CPR Certified
- 2-3 years' experience in a coaching position
- Excellent communication skills
