What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expeditor position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring full and part time Expeditors to assist with quality assurance. This position requires someone personable, team-oriented, organized, and efficient. Knowledge of proper food layout and presentation of all menu items is critical. Essential Functions:
- Cleaning and stocking plates and side dishes for all stations.
- Cleaning all plates and adding accompaniments as orders go out.
- Will need to confirm orders/tickets to match the food being sent, checking for correct presentation at the same time.
- Be the communication between cooks and food runners/servers for the accurate ticket understanding and delivery of foods.
- Strong communication ability and high standards are a must along with high attention to detail and speed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Mobility required during the entire shift.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 1-2yrs Experience Preferred
Licenses and Certification:
- Certification in ServSafe is preferred
Salary : $20 - $23
