- Maintain the floral department by ensuring that all products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently during transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels and stock supplies as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques to enhance creativity and service offerings.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks when required, ensuring that outdoor displays are well-kept.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding special orders or requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
