The Care Partner will provide comprehensive care and assistance to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role involves supporting residents with various activities, including daily tasks, recreational opportunities, and personal care. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR techniques
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certification in nursing assistance desired
