What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Caregiver - Day Shift position at BETHESDA HEALTH AND HOUSING?

Summary: As a caregiver, you will provide a safe and pleasant home-like atmosphere. Our service is designed around emphasizing each tenant’s individuality. Responsibilities include home management, tasks and services, personal care for tenants and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being.

What makes this position different than most? Bethesda is a non-profit social ministry that carries out its mission daily: “Serving others together in faith, community and life.” This position will get to work in the brand-new location and building in New London, MN.

Benefits:

$1.00 Weekend shift differential
Sign-on Bonus of $100 per month for 12 months for full-time, and $50 per month for 12 months for part-time

Scheduled hours:

Part-time day shift: 7:00am-11:00am. Every other weekend and every other holiday required.

Casual status.

Requirements: Previous experience is preferred but not required. Bethesda has a great team to teach you the skills for this position. No diploma, degree, or certificate required.
