This is a dual role, with the mentor position responsible for ensuring that team members in all neighborhoods are preparing, presenting, and serving meals with quality service. This leadership position will provide support, coaching, and direction to evening culinary team members and play a significant role in contributing to a positive culture for individuals to live and work. The culinary specialist position will be responsible for preparing, presenting and serving meals with quality service.

Scheduled hours: Part-time, combination position. Evening mentor hours from 11:00am - 7:30pm, Culinary Specialist hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Requirements: Previous leadership role in culinary/food service is preferred.
