What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment Lead/Scheduler position at BETHESDA HEALTH AND HOUSING?
Job Summary: Work directly with tenants providing acceptance, friendliness, and compassion. Activity programs are based on the tenant’s interests, strengths, and needs; in an atmosphere of warmth, success, encouragement and job. In addition to other responsibilities, this role will also involve staff scheduling.
Job Relationships:
- Reports to: Housing Director
- Interrelationships with: Housing Manager
- External Contacts: Visitors, Families, Volunteers, Other outside Activity sources for programs
Hours of Work: Flexible hours consisting of 32-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekend hours.
