What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sunrise Village Housing Director position at BETHESDA HEALTH AND HOUSING?
Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to oversee and execute initiatives that drive the daily operations of Bethesda’s Sunrise Village Senior Living communities. This position will be responsible for coordinating overall tenant relations including admissions, service coordination, accounts receivable and community enhancements for Assisted Living and oversight for independent Living. Directors responsibilities will include but not be limited to building and grounds management, employee scheduling and supervision, community adherence to Minnesota home care regulations and landlord tenant laws. This person will assist in promoting Sunrise Village’s participation in company-wide engagement activities that positively impact tenants and team members’ fulfillment grounded in our culture, our brand and organizational goals.

Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years of work experience in the continuum of long-term services and supports, including one year in a management or supervisory position; or,
2. Associate Degree plus one year of work experience in the continuum of long-term services and supports, including six months in a management or supervisory position; or
3. Bachelor's Degree or higher plus six months of work experience in a management or supervisory experience in the continuum of long-term services and supports
4. Assisted Living Director Licensure preferred (Licensure required within one year of employment)
Wage: $68,334.81 - $76,956.10 annually.
