What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN / RN Nurse Manager position at Bethesda of Beresford?
This individual directs the licensed and non-licensed staff who provide health care and nursing services to residents of the facility. The Director of Nursing’s primary responsibility is to ensure the provision of quality nursing care on a 24-hour basis to the residents of the care center in accordance with Federal, State and Local standards and regulations. The position exits to plan, organize, and direct the activities of the nursing department to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care with the goal of facilitating the highest level of functioning and independence for each resident.
Reporting to this position are: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Primary C.N.A. Training Instructor, Nurse Assistants, Restorative Nurse Assistant and Medication Aides.
This job would require to have a rotating on-call schedule. Final wage contingent upon years of experience as well as your license.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
