Summary

Supervise the creation or ensure the creation of all schedules for all associates/staff, as requested by the respective supervisor, and will have the authority to set schedules for associates within the agency.  Facilitate efficient and effective office operations, including but not limited to the following activities:  Filing; Data entry, up to and including electronic submission of data; Placing orders for supplies; Preparing office documents; General office duties up to and including bill generation.  May be asked to assist in activities toward accomplishment of budget goals.  Participates in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the Quality Improvement Program.  Maintains ongoing liaison with staff and community.  Provides supervision for all front-line team members.  Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities.  Assists with the development, implementation, reviews, and revises policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services and meeting the agencies goals and objectives.  May be assigned other duties as appropriate.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of recent experience in home health, private duty and/or related field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and management processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills
• Manual dexterity, including repetitive use of hands
• Ability to stand, walk and sit for four hours at a time
• Repetitive bending and reaching up to two hours a day
• Able to lift 25lbs from floor to waist
