Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in students' educational and social development under the guidance of the teacher.
- Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom, enabling full participation in activities.
- Escort students, rephrase or repeat teacher directions, and help students with tasks.
- Assist students with academic and organizational concerns.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Help the classroom teacher maintain student records.
- In some cases, assist students with personal hygiene, such as bathroom processes.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with students, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility to cover short-term, on-call assignments across various roles as needed.

Substitute Rate: $12.00 per hour
