Duties

- Assess and monitor each child's progress in areas such as cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress and address any concerns regarding their development.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes health and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and child welfare practices.
- Familiarity with tutoring methods and early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
