Responsibilities Include: |

Project Initiation: · Coordinate the intake of new project requests, including collecting and documenting initial requirements and scope in collaboration with stakeholders. · Ensure stakeholders complete all due diligence steps such as legal review of contracts, complete vendor risk assessments & information security reviews. · Prepares project team repository with all standard folder structure. · Provides smooth transition of all initiating project artifacts to the Project Managers . |

Project Support: · Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, and taking meeting minutes. · Assist in managing project schedules, milestones, and budgets for larger-scale projects. · Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence. · Organize and maintain project files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval. |

Portfolio & Governance Updates: · Collect and consolidate portfolio status reports from business units self-running small-scale projects ensuring timely submission. · Consolidate Power Point Templates for new projects and status updates for governance reporting confirming slides are in standard format. |
