The estimated salary for this role is $28.29 to $38.19 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure data integrity in UKG Pro by monitoring transaction processing throughout the employee lifecycle.
Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of HR data.
Maintain and create workflows within the system, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for employees at various levels.
Provide support in areas such as researching and resolving unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, and assessing system configurations and new functionalities.
Understand the full scope of the HR system and interfaces to ensure proper data flow and system integrity.
Efficiently handle and prioritize incoming HR technology requests from employees and management. Monitor and manage the HR/HCMS Outlook inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries.
Process and manage invoices related to UKG Pro services and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Generate and analyze reports from UKG Pro to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google Looker.

Experience
