The estimated salary range for this role is $72,934.00 to $102,109.00 annually.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage media relations and requests in a timely manner, developing PR plans and strategies in collaboration with Epoch 5. Write and plan PR copy for events ensuring all communication is cohesive with brand image. Coordinate and prepare key leaders for press interviews and events, and review prepared messages and quotes. Review media reporting with Epoch 5 and measure impacts.
Coordinates public relations activities including branch and corporate events and community and government relations projects. Plans, prepares, and relays information concerning the organization to the press and the community.
Serve as the team lead for communications on the SAT (Situation Analysis Team) to monitor, respond to, and triage issue and crisis alerts, effectively coordinating all necessary teams for awareness and action, and communications for issues and crisis situations.
Create compelling and effective content for various platforms and stakeholders ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging. Coordinate external and social media messaging with Epoch 5, Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Community and Business Development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate potential issues, craft proactive messaging, and respond swiftly to emerging crises, safeguarding our brand’s reputation and fostering trust with members and stakeholders.
Work with CMRP (Crisis Management & Response Plan) Sponsors, AVP Corporate Communications, and RedLand Strategies to plan, organize, and execute Tabletop Exercises for executive team and management when needed.
Serve as a note taker during planning for the CMRP including during periods of review, tabletop exercises, or actual incidents/crises. Organize records for tracking purposes as well as coordination with ERMC. Own plan updates based on reviews and organizational changes.
Support and attend Community Engagement events as needed, participating in cross-functional planning teams. Create internal initiatives for employees to participate in supporting employee experience on internal communications platform, “Connections,”.
Computer Skills: Mac & PC, Windows, Internet proficient, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills.
Experience
Required- Strong written and verbal communications skills. Project skills a plus.
