In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating various work products for AML functions, including CTRs and SARs. You'll work closely with our BSA/AML Management team to provide feedback and coaching to case analysts, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of AML case investigations, alert dispositions, and relevant functions. You'll also need to be able to maintain awareness of BSA/AML policy updates and procedural changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate work products for AML functions, including CTRs and SARs
- Provide feedback and coaching to case analysts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and deliver internal training materials and sessions for BSA/AML Analysts
- Assist in training opportunities with credit union employees on BSA/AML issues
