The estimated salary range for this role is $64,831.00 to $90,765.00 annually.
Responsibilities Include :
Develop and manage internal communications platform, "Connections," and several intranet pages, including content creation, employee engagement initiatives, employee content approval, and metrics assessment for engagement and risk review. Create new ways of communicating our strategy, priorities, and critical messages. Review incoming communication requests to fine tune message and tone and identify target audience.
Serve as the team lead for communications on the SAT (Situation Analysis Team) to monitor, respond to, and triage issue and crisis alerts, effectively coordinating all necessary teams for awareness and action, and communications for issues and crisis situations.
Create compelling and effective content for various platforms and stakeholders ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging. Coordinate external and social media messaging with PR Specialist, Epoch 5, Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Community and Business Development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate potential issues, craft proactive messaging, and respond swiftly to emerging crises, safeguarding our brand's reputation and fostering trust with members and stakeholders.
Work with CMRP (Crisis Management & Response Plan) Sponsors, AVP Corporate Communications, and RedLand Strategies to plan, organize, and execute Tabletop Exercises for executive team and management when needed.
Serve as a note taker during planning for the CMRP including during periods of review, tabletop exercises, or actual incidents / crises. Organize records for tracking purposes as well as coordination with ERMC. Own plan updates based on reviews and organizational changes.
Support and attend Community Engagement events, participating in cross-functional planning teams. Create internal initiatives for employees to participate in supporting employee experience.
Computer Skills : Mac & PC, Windows, Internet proficient, and MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator skills a plus.
