• We require Monday to Saturday availability for this position.
• The expected salary for this role is $20 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

Operations

• We expect you to effectively process financial transactions by utilizing our systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• You will make sound decisions that adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You will identify red flags based on risk guidelines and refer escalations to supervisors when necessary.
• You will manage teller line and drive-up traffic to limit waiting times.

Member Experience

• You will provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships.
• You will identify member needs and recommend beneficial products and services.
• You will refer members to our platform or business partners to further assist them with their banking needs.
• You will engage with members as they enter the branch by welcoming them.
• You will assist with lobby management by checking in with members waiting for platform services.

Compliance

• You will support the branch by participating in opening/closing procedures, daily reports, audit tasks, and dual control.
• You will maintain controls, reconciliations, and reports as needed or required.
• You will stay abreast and adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• You will identify and handle existing, emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure to members and FourLeaf.
• You will comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Asset Control.

Strategy

• You will participate in the overall success of the individual, branch, Retail Banking, and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding assigned performance goals and metrics.
