- Mondays to Saturdays, we require our team members to be available.
Operations
We expect our operations teams to effectively process financial transactions by utilizing FourLeaf systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- This includes but is not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, issuing bank checks, money orders, gift cards and processing Speed Deposit and Night Drop transactions if applicable.
- Making sound decisions that adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements is essential.
- This involves making determinations for check holds while adhering to funds availability policy.
- We also identify red flags based on risk guidelines and refer escalations to supervisors when necessary.
- Managing teller lines and drive-up traffic to limit waiting times is a key part of this role.
Member Experience
Our member experience teams provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships and identifying member needs.
- We recommend beneficial products and services to meet our members' needs.
- We refer members to our platform or business partners to further assist them with their banking needs.
- Engaging with members as they enter the branch by welcoming them is an important aspect of this role.
- We assist with lobby management by checking in with members waiting for platform services.
- We also process requests that can be managed at the teller line, such as printing debit cards, submitting fraud claims and disputes, etc.
Compliance
Our compliance teams support the branch by participating in opening/closing procedures, daily reports, audit tasks and dual control.
- Maintaining controls, reconciliations and reports as needed or required is essential.
- This includes verifying currency, balancing individual cash boxes/cash recyclers (TCR), daily reports, CTR's, SAR's.
- We stay abreast and adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
- We identify and handle existing, emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure to members and FourLeaf.
- We comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Asset Control.
Strategy
We participate in the overall success of the individual, branch, Retail Banking and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding assigned performance goals and metrics.
Computer Skills
We require proficiency in PC, Windows, and Internet skills.
