The estimated hourly range for this role is $39.45 / hr. to $55.23 / hr.
Responsibilities Include :
Managing and analyzing a pipeline of assigned vendor assessments through timely completion. Ensuring diligent follow up with third-party and or business areas for missing information or response.
Collaborate with business owners to monitor and document third-party relationships, their inherent risk rating, and adherence to contractual requirements, including service level agreements.
Request and review all third-party due diligence documentation such as SOC reports, policies, SIGs and completed risk assessment questionnaires.
Monitor and track identified issues and risks presented by the third-party relationships through resolution in the Reportable Events system, working in collaboration with ERM and business units to identify gaps in controls for action.
Update and manage documentation, communication, and assessments through the Vendor Risk Management Systems.
Gather data and information to create and provide reporting in support of various executive / board meetings and audits.
Assist management in the design and delivery of organizational training and education in support of the Third-Party Risk Management Program and automation. Assist management with TPRM program development with a focus on vendor contract alignment, governance, TPRM metrics, and TPRM process enhancements.
Maintain a broad knowledge of third-party risks, trends, and best practices as part of continuous education.
Computer Skills : Excel, Visio, GRC, MS Office Suite and general operation of standard office equipment. Prior experience leveraging data analytics tools for producing TPRM metrics is a plus.
