Travel Professional WFH
As a Travel Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
Customer Consultation :
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and accommodation options.
Create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, ensuring a personalized travel experience.
Reservation and Booking :
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Utilize booking systems and tools to secure the best available options for clients.
Confirm reservations and provide clients with detailed itineraries.
Logistics Coordination :
Coordinate transportation and logistics, including transfers, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service :
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide support before, during, and after the trip to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle unexpected issues, such as flight delays or accommodation problems, with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
