As a Travel Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, whether for leisure or business. Your expertise in travel destinations, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will be essential to ensure our clients have memorable and stress-free travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Consultation : Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and recommendations for suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Itinerary Planning : Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, tailored to the client's preferences.
Reservation Management : Handle bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services. Ensure all reservations are accurate and confirmations are received.
Cost Estimation : Provide clients with detailed cost estimates for their travel plans, including itemized expenses for flights, accommodations, and activities.
Problem-Solving : Address any travel-related issues that may arise, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes. Work to find suitable alternatives and minimize disruptions to the client's travel plans.
Customer Service : Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring the client's satisfaction throughout their journey.
Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer the best options to clients. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge.
Sales and Promotion : Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to increase sales and meet revenue targets. Cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance and excursions.
