Position Overview
Are you passionate about travel and helping others plan their dream vacations As a Cruise Specialist you will assist clients in selecting and booking the perfect cruise along with travel addons such as excursions flights and hotels. This remote role offers full flexibility industry perks and the support needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences and travel needs
Research and recommend cruise packages from top vendors
Book reservations and manage all aspects of travel planning
Stay informed on industry trends and promotions
Provide excellent customer service before during and after travel
Utilize provided tools including a dedicated booking website and vendor resources
Complete vendor training programs with opportunities for free cruises
