Mental Health Counselor, Associate

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing private psychotherapy practice located in the heart of California. Currently hiring Associate Mental Health Counselors, who are clinically adept, empathetic and multiculturally competent. If you have your Limited Permit/Associateship, or are in the process of obtaining your licensure hours, we are looking for candidates who have completed anywhere between 500-2,000 hours towards licensure, under the guidance and supervision of a clinical supervisor.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Have experience with a trauma-informed modality and/or Emotionally Focused Individual/Couple's Therapy.
• Supervision on Wednesdays from 5-8pm PST
• Live in California
• Ability to interact effectively, interest in working with, and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative treatment team.
• Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, effective documentation skills.
• Master's degree and requisite associated regsistered California state licensure
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet, and a professional appearing and private virtual workspace free from distractions
• Adaptability to technology, software platforms, and operating systems
