Job Summary:
Betsey’s Boutique Shop is looking for a results-driven Retail Ecommerce Product Marketer to lead the strategy and execution of our online product marketing efforts. This role focuses on strategic product visibility, crafting compelling product stories, optimizing product pages for SEO and engagement, and social content strategies to drive online sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, ecommerce, and customer experience, ensuring our products shine on our website and across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Storytelling & Content Creation
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Develop unique product narratives that align with Betsey’s brand voice and resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with photographers and designers to create high-quality product imagery and videos.
Website Product Optimization
- Ensure product pages are visually appealing, informative, and conversion-friendly.
- Implement A/B testing for product titles, descriptions, and images to improve sales performance.
- Maintain accurate and updated product information, pricing, and availability.
Ecommerce Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with social media, email marketing, and paid advertising teams to drive traffic to product pages.
- Analyze customer feedback and product performance to refine marketing strategies.
SEO & Performance Tracking
- Optimize product pages for search engines (keywords, metadata, alt text) to improve organic visibility.
- Track product engagement, conversion rates, and sales trends to make data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with analytics teams to measure product performance and customer behavior.
Requirements:
- 2 years of business experience, preferably in retail.
- Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital media.
- Understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging content.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools for performance tracking.
- Passion for fashion retail and understanding of customer shopping behaviors.
