Job Description
Lead the support of custom-built enterprise applications and related systems requiring PHI (Protected Health Information) data access. Serve as technical escalation point for complex application issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support custom-built enterprise applications for large scale call center environment
- Lead Java-based troubleshooting efforts
- Manage complex application defects
- Design and implement system health check procedures
- Handle escalated L2 ServiceNow tickets
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Lead support during critical enrollment periods (Oct - Jan)
- Provide technical guidance to T2 team members
