Job Description

• The RN Supervisor will be responsible for the operation of the nursing department and facility, as well as organizing and maintaining staffing guidelines to meet resident needs.
• This role requires administrative/clinical expertise consistent with established standards of Nursing Practice.

The RN Supervisor will identify and respond appropriately and timely to patient needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and observing vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
• Administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Communicating and directing services ongoing or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff as needed.
