Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center is a 120-bed facility dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently undergoing an exciting large-scale renovation under new management! Our team of skilled therapists and healthcare professionals is committed to assisting residents in their journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.

Utilize nursing processes, judgment, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality direct resident care, ensuring safety and positive outcomes.

Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and medications while closely observing residents for desired and undesired effects.

Communicate and collaborate with team members to revise and update individual Nursing Care Plans, including pertinent findings such as lab results and incidents.

Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and resident responses.

Organize, oversee, and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments based on needs and personnel competency.

Requirements :

Graduation from an approved school of Nursing.

Current, valid, and good standing NY LPN license.

A commitment to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.

Ability to foster an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health through cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm.

Genuine interest in assisting ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and sometimes challenging residents.

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with all staff.
