About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Complete data entry for new hires and separations.
  • Handle employment verification requests.

Requirements:
  • Prior office experience.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
